The Villa
Location
Our villa is located near the greater Orlando area and is 15 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom. Not only can you witness Disney magic this close but you can grab a ticket to Hogwarts 25 minutes away at Universal studios. The location of our villa also allows easy access to the beach on either side of the state with Cocoa Beach only an hour and a half away.

Champions Gate
Not only is our home located near these amazing attractions, but we are nestled in the comforting location of Champions Gate. It offers great food and shopping amenities right outside your front door and Publix is only 5 minutes away. Many local businesses and restaurants thrive in this area and we highly recommend stopping in while you are visiting. Within Champions Gate our villa sits in the Sanctuary. Our neighborhood is safe, comfortable, and gated with the nearest police station 2 miles away. Your Home Away from Home
Although we have these great amenities so close, sometimes the best way to vacation is spending time together at home. We have a four bedroom, 3.5 bathroom villa with the fourth bathroom outside next to the pool. The villa, located in a secured gated community, offers a fully equipped kitchen and private pool. Our pool is heated with extra towels in each bathroom. The Lanai also offers a fabulous outdoor table for a peaceful morning breakfast or a cozy outdoor dinner. On your way out to our beautiful pool you will pass our full kitchen. We have provided pots, pans, utensils, silverware, plates, bowls, and cups for all of your cooking needs. Some of the other amenities our villa provides for your comfort include a garage, two pack-n-plays, a high chair, stroller, master bedroom jacuzzi tub, a washer and dryer, 6 beds, and a large living room space for the entire family.
