We really enjoyed our time at the villa. It is spacious, well-maintained and clean. The kids loved the heated pool, and it was a good proximity to Disney & Universal theme parks. Carolyn was very helpful and easy to work with, and we hope to stay again in the future.

We just got home from and 8 night stay at the villa! This hime has everything you can possibly need. It was so clean and well kept. Publix is right down the street, so you truly could get your groceries and sit by the pol your entire trip! We loved the ample space for 8 of us, everyone had plenty of room and privacy. The private pool was amazing! It doesn't get much better than waking up and walking straight out to the pool, no fighting to reserve chairs by a big hotel/resort pool! Carolyn was an excellent host, she is always just a text or call away! We will be back!!!

We found the perfect sanctuary in central Florida. Just minutes from Disney not too far from the gulf coast and so many more things. The house was wonderful. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. Everything you need in a vacation home and more. Beautiful gated community. Best part was the heated pool we all enjoyed!

I stayed at this beautiful home the week before Christmas and it was paradise away from the Disney Christmas crowd! The gated neighborhood and easy access from the front gate make it easy to find after a long drive to Florida. It's in an amazing location right next to a Publix, McDonald's, and plenty of gas stations! The inside of the villa was so homey and fit all 10 of my crew. The pool was so warm and amazing after long days exploring and trekking around Disney. The owners were so accommodating and were always a phone call away. We even had two little kids with us that enjoyed the big room to run around and play. Overall an amazing villa with a prime spot for Disney goers. Hope to be able stay again sometime soon!

Just returned home from our stay and it was a wonderful week! Home is spacious...a full kitchen to cook and eat in, enough bathrooms for everyone, comfortable beds, quiet gated neighborhood and a beautiful heated pool to enjoy! The home is close to all theme parks, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. Home owners were quick to respond to all inquiries. I would definitely recommend this vacation home and look forward to future vacations here!

We just got back from a week at the Sanctuary Villa, we had 4 adults, 3 kids, one was 13 months old, they had everything we needed for his stay, pack & play, high chair, stroller. House was very clean inside & out. they had things to get us started\, toilet papers, laundry detergent, hand soaps. Plenty of dishes, pots & pans, cups and utensil.
Pool was amazing, had plenty of pool noodles, googles, dive sticks, outdoor table, and lounge chairs, and the safety gate around the pool was great so we didn't have to keep worrying about the baby crawling in every second.
Beds were super comfy and plenty of space on the couch and around dinner table for the whole family. We all loved the house and talked about how great it was the whole ride back home.
Neighborhood was super quiet, be sure to get outside around 7am and look up, plenty of mornings we got to see a ton of hot air balloons, beautiful.
We will definitely be booking again at the villa.

If you are unsure about how to spend your Florida vacation, then may I suggest that your first stop should be this amazing villa. This villa has truly become our home away from home. We have vacationed here before a trip to Disney on property. As well as a week of no Disney, because when you are here, you can create your own family magic. Most recently we had a lovely week of relaxing by the pool and a few days at the theme parks. All in all, it's like being at a home and on vacation at the same time! This vill has it all. Just bring your suitcases y'all! The sharp family has you covered with this relaxing and stress free home!

My family has stayed multiple times at Disney Sanctuary Villa. It's very close to all theme parks but not too far from other things such as east and west coast beaches.... St Augustine, Kelly Park etc. The home is very spacious and well equipped with everything you need. The pool was recently redone and has always been favorite for my kids after a long day out.

We visited Florida at the end of March and stayed at Sanctuary Villa and it was fabulous. The house is so much bigger than the pictures convey. The pool and lanai were great. We did not visit Disney on this trip, but I would not hesitate to stay here for any Disney/Universal visit in the future. It really was a nice place to stay and we are already trying to find time for a return trip.

Just returned home from our Orlando vacation and we had a amazing stay at Disney Sanctuary Villa!! Check in and out was smooth and contactless. The villa had enough space for my party of 6 and was stocked with literally everything we needed and more. The heated pool was our favorite, the kids would have been content to just stay there everyday. I booked an Air bnb that ended up canceling at the last minute and I am so happy they did. We will definitely be back the next time we are in Orlando.

Our family stayed here for the first time last week and it was fabulous! You'd be hard pressed to find accommodations like this at such an affordable rate anywhere else. We were traveling with out one and three year olds, which if you have toddlers that means A LOT of equipment- and they provide it all. High chair CHECK, Pack n' Play (x2) CHECK, Toddler rail CHECK, Stroller CHECK, Safety gate around the pool CHECK, Master bedroom big enough for co-sleeping CHECK, Grocery store & walgreens less than 10 minutes away because you ran out of diapers or your child gets an ear infection in the middle of your stay CHECK. Seriously, they cover all the bases. Plus, the bed in the master is AMAZING, like legitimately like sleeping on a cloud. The owners were super responsive to all our needs. And everywhere we wanted to go was about 30 minutes or less with traffic. I will recommend Disney Sanctuary Villa to everyone I know traveling to Orlando.Just got back from our stay at this great home. It fit all our needs. The home and private pool were wonderful.

Choosing a place to stay on vacation just became 100 times easier. Why? I have found my home away from home at the Disney Sanctuary Villa. The home is clean, roomy, and close to everything that screams Florida: Disney parks and Universal. The pool is heated and clean and allowed my husband and me to sit back and relax. The welcome manual gave us the information needed: turning on tv, when trash and recycling picks up and recommendations on where to eat. I cannot wait to schedule my next vacation here. We spent a wonderful week at the villa while vacationing with our children. The villa offered room to stretch and privacy that our older adult children deserve. And who doesn't love not having to share a bathroom?! The kitchen was well stocked and gave us the opportunity to make a filling breakfast before hitting the parks each day. The house is well maintained and in a nice, quiet gated community. The drive to the parks was very quick and the neighborhood is close to shopping and restraunts. The owners were very responsive to all questions. We will definitely stay at the villa for future Central Florida vacations!

Great home base for our Disneyworld stay! A+ 5 Star Highly recommended. We were so pleased with this property right from booking to check out. The owner is very prompt at returning email messages and offering suggestions for restaurants, activities in the area and more. The house was perfect for our family of 4 (2 young adult children) Well stocked kitchen, excellent washer and dryer, lots of towels, comfortable beds and furniture. The kitchen appliances all work great, although we didn't use the stove. Having a keypad entry is always great as we didn't have to keep track of a key. The pool area was very nice and includes a separate outdoor bathroom which would be very handy when spending a lot of time by the pool (which we didn't as we tackled Disney :) We spent a day out at Coco Beach so the cooler in the garage came in handy to keep our food cool. There is also a good selection of pool noodles, floaties, highchair, and other amenities if you have babies & small children. The property was very clean and well maintained, the neighborhood was quiet even though we were on a corner lot. Nice to see all the walkers out in the morning. Its a great location close to groceries stores and restaurants. If you are going to Disney be sure to leave early as it gets very congested by Champions Gate going up onto I-4. You can also go down 27 and there are some back roads we tried as well to avoid traffic. The maps app was very handy and accurate when it came to traffic. In general if you want to make the most of your day at Disney it pays to be at the gates to 60 to 90 minutes early anyways :) I would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again myself. It would easily accommodate 2 families of 4. Thanks to Carolyn for helping make our family vacation run so smoothly!!! :)

Perfect family vacation. The house, neighborhood, easy of access all contributed to a very HAPPY family vacation. The home provide us ample space to enjoy each other and still have our own spaces. The home was super clean and ready for our visit. the master bed gave me a super nights sleep and the large sofa provided needed nap time. The pool area was a nice treat after being in the parks, the deep end has a small seat.....loved it! We recommend this VRBO!

A Villa to Call Home. What is one of the most magical places on earth, Disney! What makes a Disney vacation even more magical and relaxful, this villa! We added a few days here before the main part of our Orlando trip and I can honestly say, we are ready to return. This home has it all. Amazing space, pool entertainment and shops to visit if needed. Just give me the pool and my favorite book and I’m good to go. Although older, my kids entertained themselves. We never left the pool. I’m now questioning my need to stay on Disney property. I can’t say enough about the convenience of this villa!

Lovely clean property, great owners and management company! We spent 12 nights here in May 2019 and have no complaints! We arrived to a clean house in a very quiet neighborhood. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, best sectional couch I ever sat on, and pool area was large and beautiful! The pool was heated to a perfect temperature and the outside bathroom was an awesome feature! The only thing our kids missed was a games room in the garage. We knew this was not offered when we booked, but a lot of homes do have this feature - might be something to look at adding in the future. We had a couple of small issues during our stay - the management company responded quickly and were super friendly. Owner, Carolyn, was awesome to deal with from beginning to end, and quick to refund our damage deposit when we left. If you are thinking about booking this home, do not hesitate - you wont be disappointed!

Love this house. Beautifully presented, huge comfy sofa we can all lounge on. The house has everything we could need, and the layout is perfect for us as it means I can keep an eye on the kids in the pool while sorting supper. Carolyn is really quick to respond to any questions, and unlike other houses we've stayed at no issues with pool heaters, or broken ovens or anything. It's all taken care of and everything works!

Wonderful Villa in a Fabulous Location. If you’re looking for a beautiful villa in a quiet, gated community, with it’s own heated pool, then we can highly recommend the Disney Sanctuary Villa. Disney parks are less than a 10-15 minute drive away, and there is a huge choice of places to eat within a 10-20 minute easy drive, together with numerous golf courses catering for all skill levels. Further afield, the east and west coasts of Florida can be reached within 45-60 minutes. However, should you fancy a day without going out, then the villa offers a very generous and clean space to enjoy relaxing in / besides the pool or indoors. The owners are very friendly and attentive, and the booking process was easy and completely hassle free. We have visited Florida many times before and we will definitely return to this villa again in the future!!

It was a great stay. We really enjoyed our stay. We found the villa to be in an ideal location and in a great area. During our trip we visited Universal, the Florida Mall and Posner Park in Davenport. We found the villa was just enough out of Orlando to be peaceful but close enough to be practical. We reallly enjoyed having enough room for our family. The pool was awesome and warm. Having a dishwasher and washing machine was really a bonus. The cable selection was better than we have at home and was great to relax to after a long day at the parks. The internet was fast and reliable. Between the villa information book and Carolyn’s ability to answer question we were taking care of right from the start. There were enough restaurants in the area for diners. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Very Comfortable, convenient. This is the first time my family has went on a vacation together and using HomeAway was a lot more convenient than a hotel. Overall we were very happy with choosing this home as it really did feel like a home away from home. It was a short drive to many stores and restaurants. All of us had our own rooms and bathrooms which was a plus. The pool was definitely a favorite as well. The home was clean and only needing minor repairs which the owners are aware of. They were easy to reach and the whole transaction was very simple and easy which took a lot of stress off. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Wonderful villa in superb location. A very well presented villa, maintained to a high standard, which was both very clean, comfortable & welcoming. Great pool & provision of pool towels a bonus. A superb quiet location in a secure gated location, with easy access to amenities & park attractions which we would thoroughly recommend. Owner’s great, helpful & quick to reply to any enquiries, it clearly matters to them their guests should have a positive experience. 4 bedrooms (2 double & 2 twin) plus 3 bathroom’s ideal for 2 families sharing, adequate parking for 2 cars with double garage. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again in the future.

Our Orlando Holiday. Just returned from Orlando, which is our 3rd visit. Had an amazing time visiting 2 Disney parks, Universal, and Islands of Adventure, Cocoa Beach and Clearwater amongst others. Our villa provided us with an excellent base from which to visit all and situated in an ideal location. The villa is very clean and the pool was lovely. Disney Sanctuary Villa great experience. One of my best friends chose this location for her family and I to stay. Unfortunately turned out they were unable to come so another friend and her daughter joined in the fun and we all decided that the first friend did a remarkable job picking out the house. Plenty of space, nice clean safe neighborhood as we were all girls. Great location and easy to access the locations we were there to visit (Universal, Disney, Central Florida Zoo) close to places to eat, shop etc. We loved the pool too and look forward to going back one day.

Wonderful stay!We have done several Disney trips in the past… all of them staying on-site at Disney. When I found this house online, and saw all of the amenities and space we would have staying off-site… I decided to go for it. It was certainly more enjoyable! Our kids loved the pool, and having their own rooms (with tv’s)! The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. It is an easy drive to Disney, restaurants, and the local Publix. The home was very clean, updated, and well maintained. WE were truly impressed. The owners are very friendly, and you can tell they really care. I look forward to staying at the Disney Sanctuary villa for our next trip! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Disney Sanctuary Villa is a fantastic holiday home close to everything you want to do in Orlando. This villa had everything we needed for a great family Orlando vacation. Spacious, comfortable, with a great outside eating and pool area for our family of f4. Close to Disney, shopping and some great restaurants at Champions Gate. Carolyn was fantastic right from the beginning of our enquiry through to following up after our visit and answering all questions along the way. Our only complaint was the very noise pool vacuum at the neighbors place behind us! But we still highly recommend this great holiday home.

Great spacious living. Pool and 4 bedrooms… need I say more? Ok, I will! The villa is a great layout for a family vacation – space for togetherness, and space for quiet moments. The pool is enclosed to keep out pesky biting critters, and keeps the young crowd happy with plenty of space for splashing and sunbathing. Great outdoor eating space too. Lots of extras for weary travelers with little space to pack: play pen, bed rails, strollers, high chair, beach umbrella (Cocoa Beach is great day trip). Did I mention the pool? Close to grocery stores and restaurants of all varieties… and we even discovered a nice urgent care about 10 minutes away . Disney is a short drive, but it was so nice to come “home” at the end of the day. Highly recommend.

Excellent! We stayed at this house 02/11/2018 – 02/15/2018. Everything was as pictured/described. The only thing that was a little different was the customer service as it was FAR BETTER than anywhere we have every stayed before. Carolyn answered any and all questions that we had within minutes, leading up to the trip, and also responded immediately when we had a few questions during the stay. The location was perfect. Just a few miles to Disney, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The house was immaculate. Pool was warm. The house had everything we needed, including a stroller so we didn’t have to fly with ours, because a stroller is a necessity when bringing a little one to Disney. I give the house and customer service ten stars on a five star scale. We will DEFINITELY be staying here again in the future!

I would recommend this villa to everyone. The villa is very clean and safe. I went for a run everyday on my own and it was gorgeous neighborhood. The pool is perfect for a fun game of volleyball. There is plenty of room in the house and it is near everything you could imagine.

Perfect for our holiday. Really lovely house, beautiful furnishings as well. The cathedral ceilings mean the living area feels very spacious and looking out on the pool is a plus for watching kids while getting dinner ready. The neighborhood is pretty, and quiet at night. There is a Publix supermarket 5 minutes drive away which makes shopping easy. Disney is close by for those keen to visit, and is Jodi’s Ski School where we spent most of our time waterskiing! We can’t recommend the house enough – we will definitely book again.

Great place!This spacious 4 bedroom house is a great place to stay for a big family or for 2 families to split. We were in town for a soccer tournament, ant the Wide World of Sports Complex, and we were within 15 minutes of the place and did not having any trouble getting there. The house had everything we needed from a fully equipped kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, a pool and so much more. It is located in a gated community in a beautiful neighborhood. We plan on staying here again next year.

Lived up to all our expectations. I was very impressed with the residence. It was well equipped, tastefully decorated, clean, and very quiet. Kids enjoyed clean heated pool. Also the check-in and check-out procedure went very smoothly. It was a first rate experience all around.
