Our Promise

All prices are inclusive of all sales taxes and cleaning fee.

There is a $250 security deposit which is payable in addition to the rental amount - this is refundable normally within 2 weeks of your stay as per our terms and conditions.

The price is for the entire villa for one week and not per person.

Pool heating available at $140 per week, recommended October - April, please request at booking.

Please enquire about our special rates for bookings of more than two weeks.

Daily rates may be available, please contact us for more information.

For stays of less than 1 week an additional cleaning fee will be payable of  $135 per visit.

There are no hidden extras....once your booking is accepted the price will not change and there are no additional costs.
