It was very comfortable and accomodating for our family. The location was very convenient also. We wished we had more time to relax and enjoy the pool. Our vacation was fun and very busy. Hi Maria I want to take a few moments to write to say that we enjoyed every moment in your beautiful villa. My young ones did not want to return home. The peace and tranquillity was astonishing. This was our second year with your beautiful villa and I might say the second time was longer and more pleasant. I hope we can be invited back, there is no place that we can consider but yours, your home is like our 2nd home. Again I thank you.

We are safely back in canada and thought I would send a note to let you know we had a great time and your home is lovely. Your home is such a great place to unwind after a day at the parks. My granddaughter was so excited everyday and did not want to leave.. Maria, we arrived today and your home is beautiful! The family is excited to see Disney and we are finding our way around pretty easily. We had a wonderful time at your Villa. The weather was best yet, with not one bad day. My daughter and Hubby were very impressed with your villa and I would think they will be back, with or without us. The pool cover works great. All day while we were out the cover helped heat the pool and keep it warm for an evening swim. The cover kept the heat in all night so a morning dip was a great way to start the day. Thanks for the use.

Dear Maria, We just got back from Florida. We had a wonderful time and loved the villa. It was SO quiet there, I think there were only a couple of families living in the area. So we just wanted to send you a huge THANK YOU, and we look forward to renting from you again soon.

My colleagues and I were very impressed. We loved how convenient everything was. The pool was nice and warm. The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay. I have stayed at many properties and this one was the nicest I have used in Orlando.

Just to say had a fantastic vacation the villa was perfect no complaints at all and the pool was nice and warm. Plenty of towels etc and could not fault in any way. A great home for us for 2 weeks. I would love to start off by saying thank you for renting us your beautiful villa. It was conveniently located close to many amusement parks. My time at your home was very peaceful and tranquil. My children enjoyed having the pool all to themselves and loved the spacious rooms. Your villa was very accommodating to all of our needs. We look forward to renting from you next year.

We had such a wonderful time. It was the perfect vacation. Our eight-year-old still talks constantly about the villa and the pool. We are definitely planning to go back again. We went to three parks this time, but I think that when we return we are just going to enjoy staying at the villa and by the pool. Thank you so much for sharing your villa with us.

We had a GREAT time. Your home was beautiful!!! The kids really enjoyed the pool. We ate out every night so we really didn't do much cooking but you really have the place nicely stocked so there's really nothing anyone needs to bring.

We have just arrived home from our vacation, and I first must tell you what an absolutely wonderful time we had at your villa. Everything there was just "perfect" and ideal for our family. We had such a great time, we are already planning next year and hope to rent from you again.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Your house is magnificent and the children enjoyed the fact that had the pool to themselves. We had to leave a day early due to unexpected change in travel arrangements and we were all heart-broken. After staying in a Villa with my children I will never use a hotel again. After sharing photos of our vacation in your home all of my family and friend agree that this is the way to go. After running around three amusement parks with 5 children I took refuge in coming into your the spacious house and relaxing by the pool. Thanks Maria – you made our vacation perfect. I have already recommended you to my friends & I look forward to using your services in the future.

We did so enjoy our stay at your Villa. We were most comfortable, enjoyed the pool and your management company was such a pleasure to call. The neighbourhood was wonderful and we enjoyed our walks each day. Our daughter was able to come down for a week with her 16 month old twins. They enjoyed the outdoors and awoke each morning wanting to go out on the lanai. The pool screen is truly one of the best inventions made! Although we always were out there with them, we had no worries of them getting into the pool. The porta crib and high chair were such a plus, too. Thank you again for a wonderful stay. We would recommend your Villa to our friends.

Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay while attending my son's wedding. It was indeed a sanctuary. The weather was fine with the most beautiful day being Saturday, the day of the wedding. We often go to Orlando to visit and would be happy to avail ourselves of the house again. I would be happy to recommend the house to friends who may visit there too. Thank you for your flexibility and kindness.

We had a great time staying at your Villa. We were very impressed with your management company. The place was clean when we arrived. Even though, it was rain almost everyday during our stay, the kids did managed to enjoy your pool. I would recommend your place to others and would like to use your place again on our next vacation.

We had a great vacation! Like last year, when it was time to leave, we all wished we could stay there just a bit longer. We spent two days at Sea World, a day at Disney, a day at Cocoa Beach...and a couple of days shopping and swimming. Overall, it was a great vacation. We had a wonderful time, and the villa was better than we had expected. It has all the amenities that you could ever need, and the location is central to the Daytona beaches, Tampa Bay, and of course all the Orlando attractions. As an airline employee I have travelled extensively, and this villa is one of the most pleasurable stays we have had. We look forward to visiting again next year.

Comments - Lovely, very, very comfortable, much better to spend a holiday in instead of a hotel room. Maria and Paul were wonderful to make arrangements with for the villa. We would consider renting the villa again in the future if we should return to the Orlando area. We highly recommend the Sanctuary Villa to anyone who prefers a more private stay than a hotel

Comments - We had a lovely time and a lovely birthday celebration. It was so nice to sit by the pool and enjoy coffee in the morning and read in the afternoon. The weather co-operated beautifully and the grounds are well kept and the plants are lovely to admire. I do appreciate the way you communicate so well via email. Comments - The villa was beautiful and beyond our expectations. We loved it and didn't want to come home. The villa is in a fantastic location, near everything you need. The pool area was fantastic with the enclosure, felt comfortable sitting out in the evenings without insects and mosquitoes. Also very safe for children with the pool barrier. Recommend heated pool, it was like a bath! Especially as it was a little chilly early evening. Cannot wait to go back.

Comments - Lovely villa a nice quiet location. Good location for the Disney parks. All the booking and the contacts with yourself were really efficient. We had a fantastic holiday and I don't think anything could have spoilt it, even the HURRICANE!

Comments - It was a real pleasure staying in this beautiful villa! After a busy day at the parks we really looked forward to coming back to the peace and tranquillity of Disney Sanctuary Villa. The convenience of our own pool was wonderful. Getting to and from the parks as well as to Eastern and Western coast beaches was very easy due to our proximity to the I4. We loved our stay!

Comments - We were surprised with how nice this vacation home was. This was more than we could have expected to get. The next time we make it to the Disney area we will definitely stay in the same location. I have told all my family and friends about this great place. Comments - We had a great time in Orlando, and it was great to have the villa to go home to after a long day of sun and fun. It was just the right size for the 6 of us, to keep our privacy as well as to spend time together at dinner. It was very clean and comfortable and we were able to feel so much more at home than if we had stayed in a hotel. We felt that the quiet neighbourhood and the proximity to the parks made the villa an ideal place to stay.

Comments - Being self employed and extremely busy we were looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation but still close enough to the attractions. This villa was perfect we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend it.

Comments - I just wanted to take a moment to share with you how much we enjoyed our stay at the Disney Sanctuary villa. It was the most enjoyable family trip we have taken since the birth of our daughter (two years ago). It was fantastic that she could have her own "special" room; we all slept so peacefully every night! Also, before arriving, I was unsure of how warmly to expect the pool to be heated - but it was perfect! We went swimming multiple times each day, and didn't have to worry about our reluctant two year-old swimmer getting splashed - because we had the whole pool to ourselves! I doubt that we will stay in a hotel again. Our Florida experience was awesome!

Comments - The villa was more beautiful than I expected. It has a nice quiet atmosphere. Overall my stay at the villa was great, I actually hated leaving. I have shown friends and relatives pictures of the villa and told every one how nice it is, now everybody's asking about your website and planning to use the villa for their vacations. Comments - We really enjoyed the villa. It was very clean and comfortable. We felt very safe and secure with the locked gates at night. The location was excellent. We drove to both coasts in an hour or less and it was also very close to all the attractions.

Comments - Spacious, clean and well equipped. Excellent pool screen especially as we had a 2 year old with us. We will definitely rent the villa again, great value for money in a fab location.
