As you can see from the floor plan, the villa
has 4 large and spacious double bedrooms with three full-size b
athrooms
all with bath tub and shower. Their is also a fantastic pool bath on the
lanai.
The kitchen is fully equipped with double sink, oversized fridge & freezer, dishwasher, oven & hob and integrated microwave. For those guests that like to cook we have added a blender, mixer and a variety of kitchen utensils to help ensure that you have everything you need. The kitchen and breakfast nook have luxury ceramic tiled floors. The large washer & dryer are located in a separate utility cupboard.
The breakfast nook has a table and chairs looking out onto the pool area whilst the formal dining area has a six seater dining table and chairs.
The Great room with its impressive cathedral ceiling has a range of luxury furniture. A large ceiling fan adds another luxury touch to the room. There is a large TV with cable and a choice of 80 channels together with a VCR and DVD player. Also provided are a range of board games for family entertainment. Also now included is free highspeed internet access for our guests who are travelling with a laptop.
The Master suite which is fitted with a 6ft King Size bed has private access to the pool. The beautiful room also features a 20" TV/DVD combination system. There are two large walk in wardrobes leading to an amazing bathroom that includes garden tub, large separate shower and his & her vanity basins. All bathrooms have ceramic tiled floors and splash areas.
Bedrooms 2 & 3 share a large en-suite with separate bath and toliet area and have lockable doors. All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and include fitted wardrobes. Bedrooms 3 & 4 are equipped with twin beds whilst bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed. All linen is provided as well as towels for each bathroom. All bedrooms have a clock radio alarm. All bedrooms have cable television and bedroom 2 has a DVD player.
The
entire villa is fully air conditioned. The pool is set on an extended pool deck
and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in
but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has a selection of luxury pool
furniture and offers excellent shade whilst the extended pool deck ensures that
sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the
pool which can be removed if not required as well as a range of pool toys.
As well as a brick paved drive for off road parking there is also a double garage. The total internal area of the villa is 1863 sq ft.
This Florida villa would make an excellent choice for two families sharing or several couples holidaying together.
A recent addition is our new telephone system which allows unlimited FREE local, national and most international calls. Great for phoning home as well as planning your vacation.
The villa has also recently been furnished with a travel cot / playard, bed guard, highchair and stroller. These are available for the complimentary use of our guests.
